About Us
The origin of Ataman Kimya is based on the Greek heritage of Sokrati Karacaoglu, who established the first group company, Selale Kimya, in Istanbul Beyoglu. Selale Kimya was the first company in Istanbul to produce distilled water. In 1980, Cengiz Tuncel took over the company and established Ataman Kimya for import and export. The next generation is now managing the company since 2009.
